Alright, it's that time again--NCAA pools.

So, to join in the fun, I created a private group at ESPN.com-->Fantasy Games-->Tournament Challenge for our little clique.

After you've created an entry*, search for the group

Lawtalkers

It's a private group. You need the following password to join:

YSBDetails

One entry each (i.e., per primary sock).**

The brackets are posted on the Sunday before the tournament. I think the entries are locked on Thurs. morn before the first game. You can get the details at the ESPN site.


* Note that to maintain anonymity you should use/create an account that does not bear your real name. If you care, of cours. The name on your account will appear in the standings (as does your "entry" name).

**That's one entry per "real" person, not one for each of your many socks.

There's a whole lotta pink on those Lawtalker entries. If I'd have remembered to fill in a bracket (based on a completely uneducated combination of seed number and whether I like the school name or mascot), I could have been in good company with an equivalent amount of pink.

I believe we're down to 3 contenders. If Kentucky wins, it's all ncs. If UNC wins, a Man will win it, either J. Manfred if UNC wins a second time or, if UNC wins this but not the next, Senior Hombre.

You would have had to have been an idiot to pick the winning bracket nationally, no?

Wow. I assumed when Pittsburgh lost that my bracket was cooked. I feel so fortunate that you all decided to suck even worse than I do. I'd like to thank all the number one seeds for barfing up the big games. And I'd like to thank Kentucky for bourbon, for the Kentucky Derby and for keeping a cat team in the Final Four.
