I nominate Northwest.
Pros - I get bumped to First Class frequently
Cons - they lose/destroy* luggage on a regular basis. It's not worth the free booze.
Other than ski tips where I have to check bags, I'm with Hank and always carry on.
Years ago, an associate and I were travelling to a doc review site. We waited and waited and waited for his luggage. Finally, when we were the only two people left at the baggage claim, his belongings arrived one by one on the belt. (He wears briefs.)
