So pharmacists are refusing to dispense the pill per prescription from a physician in some states, and some state legislatures are contemplating legislation that allow for health care providers to refuse to participate in procedures that go against their conscience.
CVS should be able to fire someone for not dispensing a drug on these grounds, and they should be protected from ligitation from the pissed off ex-employee.
