No one has benefited from his tax cut that either (i) isn't already voting for him or (ii) isn't completely insignificant, statistically speaking. He has fucked a large percentage of his base with his ridiculous tariffs and his promises to the coal industry have (obviously) proven to be complete bullshit, so even that small sliver of the population knows he's full of shit.
All this asshole has is the 35-40% of idiot/racist assholes he desperately needs to control a completely broken Republican Party. If you don't understand that 2018 was a referendum on his dumpster fire presidency and that 2020 will be more of the same, but with a way larger swath of angry voters, you should make up different cocktail parties to attend.
