I didn't click on your link so I don't know what it says, but if what it says is that there are people in the US today who are refugees from Africa where they were enslaved by other blacks, sure they were slaves. But my point was about (and you know my point was about) legalized slavery of blacks in the US pre-civil war. All those people who were legally held as slaves are dead. If reparations should have been paid, it should have been to them.
