not to mention the improper asterisk punctuation*.
*asterisk should procede the period.

Since I don't use them formally, I've never known that. Thanks.
What if you're using the * to refer to the entire sentence and not just the last word?

She got the belly button tattoo anyway. And has since been pregnant. I haven't seen her in a while. I need to remember to ask what happened to that tattoo.
That said, I am itching for another. I'm thinking about my lower back.

I have one right below my belly button. About 2 inches in diameter (so kind of big). If I ever get pregnant I'm getting it "lasered" off. No way I want to know what the tragic end result.

since I have my timmy hat on, I should mention that the above does not constitute a complete sentence, nor a question.

Sure it does.
And I was thinking about getting a divorce tattoo as well. But I'm having second thoughts. What is a good tattoo/piercing-like way to celebrate your divorce? I don't mean getting drunk or going on vacation or giving a blowjob etc - I mean something kind of permanent. But I am basically tattooed and pierced out, and am looking for something new.
Note: I am not looking to split my tongue or hang from meat hooks or anything.

You already did something permanent. You're single. Fuck the tattoo. I say go out and try some sexual fantasy you've been thinking about your whole life. Do it right. Top shelf.
ETA: I didn't mean you'll be single permanently. You understand how I meant it...

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

Sorry, but I get very few opportunities to correct,
the "best" Patent law prof, was an ass named Irving Kayton. He taught at my law school. He is (was?) a squat guy who looks like a white-haired gnome.
If someone tried to change a fact pattern with "what if....." he'd walk up to them lean over on their desk and scream "that's not even a question!"
I think his point was that the question should include "Would the finding change if........."
So Coltrane you got this for free. Lot's of people paid thousands for the experience.

You know Doctor Evil? Kewl.
In other news, I heard an odd cover version of Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely?" yesterday. Isn't it funny how some songs you've just heard too many times to actually listen to them? Anyway, hearing this Irish/Celtic/chanting chick version yesterday allowed me to really listen to the lyrics. It really is quite a sweet song.

Not worth it. I have a friend who is trying to get one "lasered" off. She's had one session (at $500 and a lot of pain) and it still looks the same. The doctor told her it could take five sessions, and there is still a good chance that it will be slightly visible.
