Update
I thought I'd give everyone an update (since I know you all have been waiting with bated breath):
After several weeks of trying to work things out, it's over. My wife decided she wanted a divorce. I didn't ask if Bill is still in the picture. It seems less relevant at this point. I suppose I'll have to work this through if he is, with the kids, but right now, I just don't really want to know.
I'm actually doing okay with it, thanks to the help of several of you (And one in particular - you know who you are. Thank you.).
It's probably time to retire this sock. I may decide to blow it later on, but not for now.
