Yeah. Except he was banned for life in late August of 1990 and reinstated in March of 93. So he missed roughly a little over two seasons. Other than those two seasons, from 1981 through 1994 he was exactly the same as he is now. Just had a little less money and valued sluggers more than pitching. Like I always say, no one gave a shit when he spent a lot of money and made bad decisions on where to spend it. They only care when he buys the right players.
