This ain't me, but with a stretch I suppose I could imagine some examples.
* X weeks visitation during the summer instead of X+1 weeks
* Dinner with the kids every third Tuesday, instead of every second Wednesday
* Or some such thing.
From my limited experience, divorced couples end up with endless variations of this stuff. Some are better than others. Agreeing to N without scorching the earth to get N+1 isn't necessarily a bad thing.
