You can stop mail delivery through your post office. I would guess there is some form to fill out. My mom did this when I was in high school (but she replaced our home address with a PO Box; I would think you can just stop it entirely) because she was certain (certain!) that my dad was swinging by and tampering with our mail. I'm not kidding here.

I have either online-bill-pay or e-mail notifications (or both) set up for all of my monthly bills right now*. You basically have to go through the process of each company to set it up (or, I guess, pay one of those online services to pay all your bills electronically). The only check I write each month is rent (I could have this autodebited from a credit card too, but never set that up).

So yes, paigow, your goal seems achievable to me. Bon chance!



*huge hassle to change your bank account once all of this is in place, however. I am still transitioning to a new account with respect to some of my auto-pays 2 months after setting up the new account.
