It was me that had Tofurky chorizo. ncs was having no part of it. Pretty amazing stuff actually, as scary as it sounds. Indistinguishable from actual chorizo other than the lack of animal goo oozing from it.

We've got to go to La Parilla sometime for their queso fundido with chorizo and fresh flour tortillas--- never will so much grease taste so delicious.
