If last year is any indication, it is frankly pretty sucky. If it can't live up to the Dallas gay halloween street festival, I'm not sure where they get off saying biggest in the world. Streets are not particularly crowded (because of the no drinking thing) and the bars are all packed.
Question for Mr Man: why were we able to drink at that Italian festival down the street* but unable to drink at the halloween thing? Both had underage people there.
*There is nothing better than having something called a "cheese festival" crammed with all sorts of yummy Italian food within walking distance on a fall Saturday afternoon.
