Job Description A downtown Houston litigation firm with an expanding docket of general civil defense litigation (products liability, premise liability, professional liability, employment law), has an immediate opening for a bright, energetic and outgoing associate for this docket. The ideal applicant should have between three to six years of litigation experience. Previous experience with these types of cases is preferred, but not required. Top 25%, Mock Trial and/or Moot Court experience preferred. We respectfully request that law school students and those awaiting the bar results not apply for this position.
