Tax and maid question

I believe they are all independent contractors, especially when there is a business where two of them are under the control of the third. Do the sexual favors come from the person in control, or one of the subserviant ones? If not from the one in control, is the person to whom you are writing the checks in a position of control with respect to when, how, and with what tools or instruments these services are performed? This can make a difference.
With the exception of the sexual favors, we just say clean, and they do. But the IRS seems to think that maids in the house qualify for their regs.

Maybe I should call Justice Breyer to get a ruling.
