Sometimes, it's because there really isn't anything more to produce. But other times the stuff they produce makes it clear there is more. For instance, an email that refers to the "Hudsucker Proxy." It's pretty likely that Hudsucker, if nobody else, still has a copy of that proxy.

Email has certainly made it easier to track exactly what was going on before and when a decision was made. I try to tell clients "next time you should just get up and walk down to his office to talk about this kind of stuff".

I agree with you. JLaw is a victim, and the defense "she should expect it" is no better than "she should know better."

I'm still going to view the pictures published. And feel absolutely zero guilt.

It happened, it's titillating, everybody else is looking; so am I. She needs to drop the argument that gawking at the stuff is perpetuating the crime.
