For pot or tobacco? Don't buy one for pot unless he has truly massive quantities or stuff he doesn't care about wasting or he has asked for one. If for tobacco, then I don't know. He's a hipster so he would probably want it to be retro and look like it was a really cool hooka without really trying to or caring about it.
