Great. The only effect will be the banning of ALL internet orders of wine, in-state or out-of-state.

(They have to burden each equally. So, the distributors will now be lobbying to end all such sales, figuring they will lose their own in-state internet orders, but won't be facing the out-of-state competition, and so on balance will come out ahead.)
