Because in my experience, there's no such thing.

I mean I've never been hospitalized for it as a family member has been. As such, I consider it "mild."

For me, it primarily manifests in the unreality between what I see as compared to what everyone else sees.

I do not consider this outable, as I am not the only woman or man I know who suffers from it. In fact, in our family, we joke that "we are only fat between our ears."
