And we're the ones facing the fucking bombs. Not you, you dumb manipulated sons of bitches. Ain't no AQ bombs heading for Topeka, assholes. You're already dead - there's no need to bomb you. If AQ bombed most of the Bible and Rust Belt, the nation would still conduct business. You. Don't. Matter. Except of course come election time, when you show up like a pack of lemmings and vote a man who ass-fucks you economically into office because he "loves his mom" and "shows character." You fucking idiots. You don't even realize how badly you've been hoodwinked. Its US, ME... the guy making real money, who benefits from Bush in the short term, nor your stupid Rust Belt ass. And you turn around and tell me I "Don't get it?" There's no "getting" at all. One of us is a sucker and one is not. I have money, and now I'll get more. What will you get, you dumb son of a bitch? "Character"? Fools.
I view this as the producers in each state, including the blue states, not on a state by state basis.

I saw a poll a couple of days before the election. 75%-25% Bush. It included both active and reserves.

That may be. For the reasons sebby stated, the jesus fucks' dictating the agenda scares me more.

Have you been attacked again since 9/11? He's doing a good job of protecting you.

Clinton and Gorelick are to blame for 9/11. Clinton for failing to adequately respond to multiple attacks against the US in foriegn countries, which emboldened the terrorists. And Gorelick for tying the hands of the intelligence community.

Last time I felt like people were divided over and disagreed about their candidates. Remember, Bush was supposed to be the great uniter, the compassionate conservative, middle-of-the-road but leaning right. The big complaint for people was that there wasn't much difference between Gore and Bush.

Well, that turned out to be complete bullshit. This time around, the two candidates couldn't have been more different. And I think that dtb is right. This time, the candidates really reflected the geo-political differences on every issue inherent in the parties. The chasm between the red states and the blue states is a huge, gaping one.

This country won't be united. The Republicans will have their way and they will ignore or step on anyone who voices an opinion other than their own. The gap will increase. That's why I say we live in two different countries. It's only going to get worse.

TM
Agreed it is the most bitter in 45 years, but I don't think that translates into an equal divide.

Allowing the Clintonites to control your party will not revive it. They are morally bankrupt.

You have no historical perspective if you think 3.5M votes is a few vote difference.

That is because you are a Dem and this is bitter for you. The most bitter prez election I have ever seen was the Clinton relection in 1996. Now that was bitter.

Best line of last night

Imagine you're an Iraqi looking at this election.

And George Bush is promising to bring Democracy to Iraq.

GWB increased his black/hispanic vote

Now one would think that if this country is becoming more divided along cultural lines, GWB would have gotten less of the black and hispanic vote than he got. See dtb, it wasn't just "crackers" who voted for the Reps. The Reps are bringing in more minorities than they have in the past, too.

The numbers show ee are uniting. It is just that those of you who lost on this one are bitter.

So you want a white boy cracker from the South to lead your party again? Better tell dtb to pack her bags for France before her head explodes from the thought of putting control back in the hands of the crackers. Last I checked, Clinton was a jesus fuck.
