Just so. I can't remember the movie, but there's a scene where a black guy and a Puerto Rican woman are negotiating something or other (hostage payoff? something criminal - natch) with a white guy in middle America. The black guy helpfully points out to the PR girl that, "Here, you're black,too."
Unlike in NYC (I think I've told this story before), where I overheard one gal inform her friend, "I ain't black, I'm Puerto Rican -- it ain't the same thing." |

What do you do if someone does not stop? Is there enforcement?

I'm confused. I have always said (and understood) "full stop" as meaning something like, "There is no further explanation or exception required." Am I missing something? |

I prefer *Drops mic* to "Mic Drop" at it implies that one is actually dropping the mic instead of telling one the mic has been dropped.
