Like in knowing the difference between "would" and "should"?

Yes, you’re the one who cleverly realized that a post containing the words “your mama” was basically a “your mama” joke. The author, however, was completely in the dark about this strange resonance until you pointed it out.

This has to be a new low. Only fucking lawyers could possibly craft a "Yo mama" joke such that a lengthy explanation is necessary to make sure one understands that said joke actually falls within the genre.

How can it be a yo mama joke if "yo" appears nowhere in the joke? For shame on Atticus's Jesuit education.

I’m working at the bleeding edge of the genre, pushing boundaries and exploding conventions and what-have-you.

Thank you for the Pynchon reference, however unintentional.

Re: A Friendly Correction for those Man-Haters who Delve to be Single
So these Columbia students who got their finals delayed due to being troubled by Ferguson and Statan Island, on the one hand I don't think I'd want to hire a lawyer who couldn't put the outside world out of em's mind and take care of shit, on the other hand, it's inpressive they successfully petitioned for the delay, so maybe I should hire them?

If you can work a foolish administration for an advantage and don't, aren't you doing a disservice to yourself, the client?
It's about ethics, Hank.

I'm sorry, but these people give lawyers everywhere a bad name. We're the people who can bullshit our way through anything - exam, court, negotiation - even if spent all day the day before at a protest and then stayed up all night drinking. If they can't think on their feet, they need to head to business school.
