As a certain college in your general vicinity has supposedly ended hot breakfast in its dining halls due to a funding crunch, I wouldn't put it past any particular institution.
And ours is glossy covered, 8.5x11, but all b&w. With no requested donation last time.

i'm not clear if you're asking if one can make a "2" fat, red and italiciized, or if you're asking ncs if she actually could find the sentiment more compelling. I do believe you will be able to convey your themes more effectively if you take a few moments to make your prose images more evocative.
