Some of those scammers keep our guys strung along for days.

A “Mark Anderson” with a thick Pakistani accent called a client last week and offered forbearance on a defaulted loan that’s in litigation.  Told the client wire had to be sent by that afternoon.  That means the scammer had to have accessed online dockets that require registration with the county in which the property is located.

My accounts with Wells Fargo have all been hacked also.  And somebody urgently needs to talk to me about it.  I wasn’t aware I had so many Wells Fargo accounts or actually any at all.  But I’m glad someone’s protecting them.
