I was a little disappointed that there was no mention of Goodnight Saigon.

Re: Congratulations Slave and Catrin!!!
saw Notorious.
spoiler!!!!!!
1- just based upon the actresses, I would not have dropped Kim for Faith. And, if true, the scene about "you didn't say that when you was eating my pussy," or whatever the quote was, if that came out as a fight and they turned it into what it became is fucking fantastic.
2- it seems like the story of Tupac was that B warned him about hanging out with certain NYC people and those guys shot him, but then how could he not have known it wasn't B?

Obama's watch
Not my cup of tea:
Sorry about the margins.

Kings of Leon
I am really enjoying their (relatively) new album. It's good stuff. I'm sure I'm late to the party.
I. Don't. Care.

I think that is an absurd amount of money to spend on a watch.

Absolutely. And I would never buy one. Well, I would if it were <$800. I just like the look. There are guys who can build a watch for you that looks just like it for a fraction of the cost.

"Yeah, sure I make for you. Kronos. Don't worry about 'K.' Better than store. $80. No? Okay. For you? $13."

Ha!
I meant something like the guy who builds this:
Not identical, which is good. Just inspired. Swiss auto movement. Sapphire crystal. A lot of watch for $599. Apparently a very good dive watch.

I wouldn't spend $599 on a watch for me either, primarily that is because I rarely wear one, but at least that isn't something that should be insured.

I thought the point of watches was that they were pricey gifts, not things you buy yourself.
Would your wife spent $600 on you? $3,000? $10K? The watch is a way of telling the general public how much your services are valued.

As I don't have a wife, no. But if I did, I would sincerely hope she wouldn't spend more than $600. I don't see any reason to advertize.

If I had a $600 watch, I wouldn't wear it while diving.
I do have a watch, but lately I never wear it, both because I can't be bothered to figure out where to get a new battery for it, and because I use my phone and/or BB to tell time.
