How the fuck can someone copyright a complaint?
All complaints (indeed, all written expressions) are protected by copyright law. Subject, of course, to the merger doctrine (there are only so many ways to plead an unjust enrichment claim, for example, so good luck bringing an infringment claim when two complaints are almost identical).

I imagine your real question is probably, "How big a tool do you have to be to put a copyright notice on your complaint, let alone contemplate that someone might copy it?"

I asked her. She was too drunk at the time to have a clear memory. She just kept giggling and mumbling "poco, poco, poquito loco."

Don't plaintiffs' firms do this as a matter of course, I assume to prevent others from becoming lead counsel after they scan the complaint and change a couple of names, and file themselves.

i thought wildcards only went to peole who were in the top thirty two that america voted on?

and that redheaded guy aint clay jr bc he isnt a flamer. the hair must be throwing you.
The girl who was cut first last year was Vanessa, and she didn't have as good a voice as Amy. But you are right, America does love its tiny-assed, big-breasted bottle-blond flat-toned little wailers. So Amy is my personal favorite, not who I think will actually win (Bri is my runner-up favorite). But I would bet any amount of the money that the winner will be a female this time.

And the red-headed guy is only 16 -- he's barely through puberty so who knows what his orientation is? But he looks and sings like Clay, which is why he made it this far despite terrible performances in Hollywood, but will work against him in the future, I think.

Also, if I had a son and there was any genetic chance that he could end up being fatter than Rueben, I don't think I would give him a name that reminds most people of whales.

I love editing! Forgot to answer your question about wildcards. They don't have to be from the top 32. Last season they brought back 4 people who weren't in the top 32 to compete for the wildcard spots -- Carmen, the goat-voiced Mormon was actually one of them and that bitch made it into the final five. Fuck, I watch a lot of tv.

This doesn't prevent the public from accessing it though? This is very strange.

... And damnit, I like Cordelia. With the exception of season three Saint Cordelia, she's always been one of my favorite characters on either series.
I've been watching some of the early eps in reruns and, yeah, pre-saintly shit she was pretty enjoyable. She was sainty in this one, too, but at least they tried to bring in a little snark. I was just confused because all her snark was borrowed from Lorne's script. But, despite not being as annoying as her character became, and though I was encouraged that she could rehabilitate herself and become non-annoying again if given a bit of a chance (a la Spike), I was still glad to see her dead.

Yes and Tony Bennett sounds just like Barry Manilow. And I think leagl will tell you that I am monstly correct when I say that the gays mainly know they are gay by tthe time they are sixteen. Actually, I think she will tell me she had an inkling but didnt embrace it until later, but the seed was planted. I think he is just some kind of really weird dude whjo doesnt get out of the house much who is probalby tormented by his shcoolmates. A real redheaded stepchild. I dig him. I just wonder if he is versatile. He did have htat asshole audition.

No, it's public domain, but I think the theory is that if someone else files the "same" complaint, you could sue for copyright infringement, and collect damages. don't know what the damages are--perhaps a share of the ultimate award?

I just find brooding, depressed Angel boring as hell, and her character was really good at getting him past the bullshit and snapping him out of funks. With the exception of Spike, none of the other characters really have that much of an impact on Angel. Fred is still afraid of him to some extent, Gunn has gone off over to the dark side, and Angel doesn't trust Wes. Though a combination of Spike and Anya did replace Cordelia back on Buffy, so I guess Spike can do it again on Angel.

CBS is flying high in the ratings without having Janet on the Grammys; they don't need a lengthy investigation and possible huge fines. It's all about deniability now.
According to what I heard on the radio (a station owned by CBS, by the way, as they take great pains to point out every time they talk about Miss-Jackson-if-you're-nasty), since Luther Vandross won't be in attendance (he's in the hospital, no?), there was no need for MJIYN to be there either. Now that I type that, it sounds really lame -- so, duh -- of course they pulled her because of her antics and they're trying to show their deep and heartfelt remorse.

Partly cloudy, highs in the mid-50s, with light fog in the morning. The sun came up in the east and set in the west. Then it got dark again, except in well-lighted areas. That big round thing in the sky was the moon.

Please do not take me off ignore, I really really like it here.
And when did Sonny become your boy? You liked the big Hawaiian woman and I was acused of liking Sonny more because he had a penis - go back and check.
Anyway, glad to see that TM and I were right about Scooter-girl's time being short.
Pencil salesman (aka white supremacist) made it through, as well as Fantasia (she has to change that name or everyone will have visions of Mickey Mouse when she sings).
Briana is a little stiff - if she's not going to dance - hell even Clay danced - then she's not long for this world.
Pink haired girl is going to have to do something with her hair - that look is so played out.
Red headed step child (aka Edie Gourmet) has a good shot - he has good pitch most of the time and a distinctive voice.
I can't wait until they vote off model with the bad implants who skated through life on her looks. The crushing blow will be good for her.
And the brothers are so similar, that if one goes, I think they both go.
Lisa Leushcner (Lisa Lupner) with the bad teeth and large hips has a good but not great voice will probably be gone by next week.
One of my favorites is Erskine - he always wears a hat - he's got good style, good voice control - and a good chance to make top 10 with the right stylist.
pictures here if you want to refresh your recollection

Ah, Anya. In the last few seasons she was far and away my favorite character on Buffy. Alas poor Anya, the unfettered Id, hacked in two. How I miss her.

Though I note I was surprisingly charmed to see Tom Lemke on Angle last week.
