with good reason. it's not fair to say the people who eat people are doing it because they are cannibals. they all wear grass skirts too; why not blame all grass skirt wearers?

My question is -- should I buy the AppleCare if I go the new laptop route? I've always bought AppleCare because at some point I was advised that it made more sense for Apple products than that sort of insurance makes generally, but I'd sort of like to ditch that $249 expense if I won't regret it on day 366 of ownership. So tell me, smart lawyer types (and Hank)*, can I save a little cash? What do people here do on that front?

I haven't purchased apple care recently for a few reasons. 1. I tend to upgrade them pretty regularly; 2. If you get a lemon, it tends to show up pretty quickly.
iF you are doing graphic design the Air processor may be a little light. I have an old Air and a new top of the line pro. You can't even run garage band on the air.

Yasiin Bey/Mos Def showed up on Saturday and he put it down. Best show I have been to in a while. It was worth the painful dog walk on 3.5 hours sleep the next morning.

As Hank can tell you, Melt Banana is an entirely different form of musical enjoyment than say, a Mos Def show. Both good in their own special ways:

Could you see him fronting the Bad Brains? He was supposed to do a solo set here, followed by the BB set.
I finally got to see the reunited 'Mats last week. Really, really good. Though I'd had enough of the guy behind me requesting "Gary's Got a Boner" between every song. And the band's only reaction to crowd requests was to play the Green Acres theme. But everybody, go see 'em if you get a chance.
