To which he asked you to stop making fun of his weight.

No wait, that was me.

Please realize I am one of the nice ones here, and that I only rarely engage in unChristian behavior. I usually do not see any point to vulgarity, and, while I occassionally chuckle at it, I do feel ashamed about doing so.

Nonetheless, let me say to you very simply:

Fuck off, Skank.

Already done that. He's a ramping it up type. Cannot stand to give up any ground. The fact is, I am too busy, but even if I weren't, his conduct today is not acceptable. He will not win the test of wills.

The only reality tv I watch is Queer Eye, and I'm not sure that even counts.

Earlier this week I was quite strident to someone who questioned one of my posts. My mentor here, as it were, PM'd me to be less strident, and so I will resist any crude response. Instead let me simply explain,
ncs knows I meant my post as constructive criticism. she is new in her duties- and must grow into them.
to date her edicts have been convoluted, and often contradictory. I was merely trying to point out to her that this edict was perhaps slightly overbroad.
in retrospect perhaps I should have sent her that insight via PM.
thank you, friend.

Since he is superior in all ways, he cannot comprehend why people other than he (and that's almost everybody here) would enjoy something that he does not. So, he informed everyone of what they should be doing in order to make their lives as full and complete as his. Coincidentally, all the activities he listed closely coincide with those that he engages in.

I then told him to shove his kayak directly up his pompous ass.

Daer Abby:

I desperately want to like reality TV. I try and try to "get it", but I get bored and shut it off, kind of like work.

I try to get interested in conversations about it, but I find them painful. At their core, these conversations are basically a rehashing of a prepackaged reality. In effect, real people discussing prefab reality. Seems inceribly dull, but everyone likes it, so I'm left to conclude there's something wrong with me.

All that said, I have set my TiVo to manually record the last half hour of the Apprentice, so I can watch the five minutes at the end where the show is mildly entertaining. So maybe there is hope for me.

Sincerely,
Just Can't Get Interested

sit him down, look him in the eye, explain why his conduct was inappropriate and then point your entire hand at him and at the same time say "You're Fired."

"fuck off, skank" also works in a bind.

Tell him to go rub his knuckles in shit.

Associates who start swaggering like partners luckily get fired in my joint. There's actually an unspoken anti-arrogance and anti-ego policy. I like that. Keeps the tool quotient low.

My apologies. I will pm next time, and will not use such language. I see your comments were made with an open heart.

God Bless.

Hold on. I'm trying to process this. Someone please hold me back from swinging for the fences.
