But I'm sort of doubling the margin of error in my head whenever I see a poll.

I think we could see Trump voters not turning out because it's all rigged anyways, Hillary voters not turning out if they think its a sure thing, Republican secretly voting for Hillary but not saying so because, hey, you don't say such things in Alabama, assholes from all parties voting Donald but not saying so because they don't want to seem like an asshole, all to say nothing of third parties.

When people are hit - in public - with tire irons for wearing Trump shirts...

when cars are vandalized and tires slashed for having a Trump (hell, any GOP candidate's) sticker...

when people are called racist, and stupid, and xenophobic, etc., and publicly Doxxed for supporting a national candidate...

don't you think a large segment of that voting block is going to clam up - or outright deny their position - to save their health, property and reputation?

Just kidding, I didn't let him in because he was driving a Caddy.

I will say that even here in Texas, which is still in the safe column for Trump (unlike Georgia, Utah, and S. Carolina) I have not personally seen a single Trump hat, yard sign, or bumper sticker. That may be because his field operation sucks, or people don't want them, but I have seen many more Bernie stickers. I was tempted to order one of his personalized yard signs that is supposed to say something like The Chick Family supports Trump/Pence, but make it say "Losers and Whiners" instead, but it would have required me to send them money, so I can dream.
OTOH, I have received only positive feedback from my tailgate magnet (as I detest the permanence of stickers) that says Everybody Sucks 2016: The U.S. is Doomed.

I love how in the rabid delusions of Trump supporters on Twitter, Never Trump was a big pathetic nothing burger to be mocked. Now it is Never Trump that is solely to blame for his impending loss. I know that I, personally, have prevented the campaign from establishing field offices and buying adds. So much winning.

I do believe the polls. It doesn't make me happy that Hillary is going to win. But it's survivable.

 | For the Hillary campaign, every state has a printing budget for signs, and most states send an allocation to the organization in each county or town, depending on how they are organized. So there's some volunteer in my town charged with getting Hillary signs in all the best places he or she can. Field Campaign 101.

For the Trump campaign, I understand you can buy signs or get them at rallies, but there is no system for distributing them.

It's kind of amazing. The Republicans have a guy who doesn't know the basics for putting together a campaign for dog warden running for President.

And now Don the Con is hot to have pollwatchers everywhere black folks vote. Yeah, I look forward to seeing them handle the mechanics of getting a couple hundred thousand people in place at polling stations with useful lists, instructions and signs. And an organization in place to supervise them, deal with problems, and route issues to the right place.

Maybe if they hadn't already spat on all the Republicans who know how to do this?

"Please, please, don't make us support a Democrat. We can deal with a little racism, and a healthy dose of xenophobia, and some damage to America abroad - you know we put our money before our country - but, please, don't be such a raving crazed frothing at the mouth lunatic that we will even be laughed at at the Country Club if we support you. Please. Pretty Please."

Yeah, that's a source for objective perspectives.

 | I have a friend in the Texas House (Republican; and he already won his primary this year) who I've never agreed with on a single political issue. This week he posted the article about the son of illegals who just won an Olympic medal for the US with #NeverTrump and I was forced to like one of his political posts. Glad to see him stand on his principles.
