I think that the reason most cultures don't eat rats or any other carrion animal unless absolutely necessary goes back to the health issues that dominate a lot of the dietary laws.

I am fine with eating small furry things like that. Not that I would.....maybe I would....does it cut down Hank's "dating" pool?

I saw an episode of Jimmy Neutron last night where the pants-off style was all the rage. fwiw.

But we do eat such animals - shellfish and halibut, for example, so you are back to any of our general eating taboos being culturally random and not based on some sort of universal field theory on why Fido ain't good eating.

4. Intelligence as a distinction fails because we eat many animals which are smarter than dogs, such as pigs, and is also cultural, such as the Inuit who eat whale.

5. I eat it all.
Where does Sea Urchin rank on the intelliegence scale?

That was good BBQ.

The French eat horse. Apparently, University dining halls serve a lot of it because it is high in protein, low in fat, cheap, and readily-available.

Maybe I should have posted this on politics.

For all I know, quite high. Manatees have been recently shown to be smarter than believed. However, I don't know if they make good eating.

Edible, I'm not sure. But he's certainly dreamy. A tall drink of water, and easy on the eyes.

Speaking of which, can we all set aside our differences and agree that Keeley Hazell is perfect?

As long as grapes remain stupid enough to get picked, I am happy.

Ty, do they even use grapes in boxed wine, or is all faux-artifical flavourings?
