Better yet, use the Rectal Object Withdrawing Ratchet in the privacy of your own home. You can probably find one on-line.

Also, I would speculate, with no actual experience, tying off the inserted object to a fixed/anchored point outside the subject anus would provide a safety net of sorts, in case of emergency. A spotter on top of that is probably a fail safe backup. LIke having a safe word, only more mechanical.

i'd worry about "reach-around" having to ratchet, given the blind spot.
