Re: cheese, I continue to believe that d'Affinois is so good it makes brie and camembert taste like ass and spicy ass, respectively. If you buy brie when there is d'Affinois available instead, you make baby Jesus cry. What are you, patentparanycheese? I think I'm comparing it to the camembert they sell at Whole Foods, which is also where I get my d'Affinois, so it's apples to apples, if you will. If the unpasteurized stuff is what they get in France, I will happily concede that all cheeses in France are better than all the cheeses they foist upon our supermarkets, and I base that on only one trip. Imagine how pompous I would be if I, say, traveled there on business.
