Whatever's there, it's not likely to come from Avenatti's witness.

I studied Noh, not Kabuki, but I'm pretty sure this is how Kabuki works.

I may well regret saying this, but I think there is reason to let Flake, Murkowski, and Coons do what they are doing and see where it gets us. I don't trust Collins at all.
I read Flake's statement last night that this is all over if it is shown that Kavanaugh lied as a signal to Kavanaugh's supporters that they need to start leaning on him to withdraw, because he lied.
Also, this isn't going to be very good cover if the FBI does squat. It will be an interesting week.

Brett’s lament, or Tobin, PJ, and Squi.
With apologies to Abraham, Martin, and John
Has anybody here
seen my old friend Tobin?
Can you tell me where he's gone?
He bounced a lotta quarters,
but it seems the keg died young
And I just woke up and he was gone.
Has anybody here
seen my old friend Squi?
Is he still bangin’ that hot blonde?
Judge called her hot to trot,
though a little young, he thought
But I just came to, and she is gone.
Has anybody here
seen my old friend PJ?
Is he passed out on the lawn?
He crowned me “Ralph the King,”
Played varsity, though second string,
Drank Everclear, and now he's gone.
Didn't you love their douchebag habits?
Didn't they try to find some strange for you and me?
And I’ll be confirmed,
Someday soon it's gonna be my day.
Has anybody here
seen my old friend Donny?
Can you tell me if he bought it?
I thought I saw him walkin' into the locker room
With Tobin, PJ, and Squi.

The # of practical jokes you could play on the media here is endless. If you waive this opportunity, the universe will not be kind to you.
“Well, all I remember is she had this giant statue of a horse with arms, and a goat’s head, that she moved into the living room. And all these paintings of Herve Villechaize...”

Re: We are all Slave now.
It took awhile, but apparently the administration has finally figured out that when you campaign on decade-old facts, you can just change the names of things and declare victory.
Yeah, they did more than that on NAFTA. They also made more or less the changes that TPP would have made. Things are totally different now.
Anyway, time to do the same with Trumpcare.

No, he just hung out with the basketball players.
Fun fact: my wife was friends with Chris Dudley's wife in junior high/high school. I've met him once; seemed like a nice enough guy. I'm surprised that the bar fight story didn't come up when he was running for governor here.
