My sister went to college there. She rarely had classes cancelled because of weather.

We plow our bike paths (sorta). Sometimes before streets (different people and equipment, generally) causing the NIMBY types to freak out.

Fair point. Had a lawsuit a Few years back that put me there in Jan and Feb and was always able to run. Couldn’t necessarily walk on sidewalks, but could run.
