Which level of hell is that? And, OK, I do occasionally work from the SF office.

From my folding chair on the sidelines, I'm looking up at a guy re-doing his state and federal taxes with a #2 pencil and a hand-held calculator, and down at a teenager working a Saturday evening shift at an Orange Julius in a shopping mall near Albany.

Shortly after I posted this, I had to sign for certified mail from the IRS. Yay.

Here they are from shallowest to deepest
-Youth Hockey (some early days but in and out in 90 minutes and most rinks have coffee; some have bars)
-Youth soccer (the moms are generally nice looking and it's usually a pleasant time of year. Also short, 90 minute or so, games)
-Youth baseball (hot as fuck. long and shitty games, stupid parents, stupid umps, coaches and everyone else, lots of shitty play and shitty days)
-Swimming. These things go on for fucking days. And your kid swims for like 60 seconds TOTAL, 8 seconds at a time).

I have to add that I left out basketball and wrestling because I have very little experience with them. Basketball in the suburbs is probably right after soccer because the kids are so fucking awful and don't realize it. It is tortuous but it is mercifully short. Also having grown up watching legit NBA players at the playground, it's just laughable watching these little dweebs think they are good.
Wrestling is a little below swimming. I have a cousin and friend of my son that were legit D1 wrestlers and it was great to watch them, but again 3 minutes in a weekend long tourney but as a friend, you could bop in and out.

Hmmm, by 12 years old, if em can hoop, a kid is likely playing AAU. So you're actually seeing the best players.
If you want to pick the sport where you are watching a shell of the world's best- back to baseball. I remember a dad talking about how his HS son is looking to be such a power pitcher that he is almost certainly headed for the Majors, based upon how he mows through HS American players. I didn't have the heart to point out that 66% of MLB is Central/South American players, and the son hasn't even seen that talent pool.

Just pay it. And use a credit card to do so if you can.

They should allow the show's workers and co-stars to sue her on some tort or contract theory of reckless or intentional acts.
I love the Ambien excuse. Neat twist on the Mel Gibson Defense.

The defense: you signed on to a show with Roseanne as the lead.

Counter: Nobody could reasonably anticipate anyone writing what she wrote.

Absolutely. And you can use a credit card to pay for anything.
