I'm looking for a HH that can place someone with heavy (i.e. 1st chair and several dozen published cases) appellate experience, fair amount of trial experience, an IP LLM and an engineering degree. Looking for Houston position in appellate, trial, and/or IP work. Ideas?

New fake email is TexLex1998@hotmail.com

Thanks, TL

I would definitely contact Prescott Legal and Update Legal

http://www.prescottlegal.com
http://www.updatelegal.com

I have experience with both (although Prescott was the one who actually landed me my gig) and they are the top two for the Houston market. And trust me. I was looking for the right in-house gig for a while and I left no stone uunturned.

One of the big names in IP/Patent recruiting nationwide is Willam K. McLaughlin -- you get past a certain age, and half of all the patent guys around have been placed by McLaughlin at some time or other.

I worked with him a few years ago, as a backup to the deal I was working myself -- he came up with some leads, but my own deal worked out so I didn't follow through.
