And other things. He apparently didn't like John Coltrane. Or cricket, either.

In a world of people who get passes for being odious, hateful people on account of their artistic ability (on the Grammys or elsewhere), he's one that really sticks in my craw.

I thought he just got a pass for being another upper-crusty English twit. He had artistic ability?

Too bad Lester didn't see this on his trip
Japanese art scroll called The Fart Battle.
And here's an article about it.

Marriott
Does anyone have a recommendation for a Marriott that's good for a young family vacation? I'm looking for a location where you can actually use points for a suite or 1 BR. Somewhere warm.
The Marco Island resort looks nice -- that's kind of what I'm looking for. I don't want to fly too far.
I will not thank you in advance.

4 & 2. The 2-yr old still takes an afternoon nap, so that might make Disney tough. We'll probably do that when naps are over.

do your points count at Courtyard? there is a decent one at Marco, and Marco is a place my kids loved. of course that was like 18 years ago so the place may have slipped or even been replaced.
