why would you have expected a communist entity would give time off to honor Capitalist war dead?

Fret not; the organization itself has Memorial Day off, presumably to place wreaths at the last known sites of various extinct frog species etc. I'm here listening to a Pandora station based on The Black Keys, which I am told is the New Pornographers of 2010, or the Melt Banana of the 21st Century, or whatever.

But I started the day with this.

I have a command of the language, but could never have heard this sort thing in my mind. only a native could have drafted it-

if only we could get a solid SF conservative with an absurdist's voice we would rule the PB for several millenium.

Why couldn't spanky have been funny in a "laugh with" way instead of the way he is?

(Because that's a hot look. Nothing chicks dig more than a guy in just a t-shirt.)

After a weekend with Burners, I reiterate shirtcocking is not art.

OTOH, Sebby, I thought of you and your stance on nudity. Lots of boobies out at Flipside this year. Most of them looked pretty outstanding.

AON, has anyone talked about the Black Keys? I found them through Pandora. I've become a fan through Pandora.

I discovered them a few years back at Lollapalooza and they tend to show up at ACL most years. Very awesome live show.

I am more troubled by the percentage that does not resemble Pac-Man. The chart 100% resembles Pac-Man*, so it present erroneous figures. Paradoxically, however, if it were to display the percentages correctly then it would not resemble Pac-Man (except perhaps after he has hit a ghost and is in his death throes).

I am not terribly troubled by the which, just the absent comma before it and the odd clause "percentage of chart."

*Pac-Man needs a mouth to be Pac-Man, just as a doughnut needs a hole to be a doughnut. Otherwise it is just a beignet.

A crazy [beep] named Ice Cube from the band called "[Beep] With Attitudes" just doesn't cut it.

not to be a timmy, but it resembles the PacMan logo, not PacMan himself. PacMan's mouth moves constantly between open and full-circle closed.

Your phone will soon replace cash. And credit cards. And, you know, stuff. Soon, Penske will be able to just point his phone and pay for that boxed wine.

you immediately thinking of dunkin for donuts means you are an industrial donut eater, a pro. an amateur, a dabller, will think of some speciality store, or maybe KK, but if you default to DD you are in it as a career- like having Zilwaukee tools as opposed to Craftsman.
