If you had asked me to be my friend i might know more about what you do, and could provide a better answer:confused:

I represented a bar a few years ago and had to exchange emails with the former manager in that representation.

Today he shows up under suggested friends on facebook? I only used my work email to contact him, and I've never given FB access to any email account (work or otherwise). Is this the same issue gwnk was having?

The former manager may have given facebook access to his contact list. http://blogoscoped.com/archive/2009-06-12-n15.html

if I'm gonna have a friend that wears hats like that, somehow not being the one asking seems important.

If it's good enough for Turd Ferguson, it's good enough for me.

Sounds like the day most people can't watch (in person or on TV) might be the best day of golf. Mickelson is playing well and the previous leaders, not so much.

I shouldn't have started watching; Mickelson just bogeyed 17. Not a good time especially after Duval has gone birdie birdie.

While we're talking sports, I would like to say: Suck it, Giuseppe Rossi.

Cut the guy some slack. If he was from one of the good States, it'd be harder to understand his desire to be seen as Italian.

I know that I'm very late to the party on this, but I'll weigh in anyway. I have not tried the scar fading medicine; I've just relied on time. You'll find that with time, many surgical scars will fade very considerably in color and the raised bumpiness will flatten out. A dark red and raised scar now will fade to almost flesh tone and be nearly flat after 5 years or so.

That's all well and good, but I think the point is that Fringey doesn't want to wait 5 years for them to fade.

Massaging mine Vitamin E oil helped a little -- faded/softened them.

I'm sure not. But I'm also saying that what now looks like it will never go away will fade a dramatic amount over time.

perhaps we should require people to pass a "fringey sensitivity" class before allowing them to post? I can teach it, say for $45 per primary, and $10 for each add-on sock they want licensed. Of course, I'll need admin powers to be able to regulate as necessary.

FWIW, I do take paypal, and will set it up so Lawtalkers gets a dollar for each registration.

It was an okay question, but with an obvious answer.

I'm thinking that there is not a NYC outpost and the place tmdiva went is probably something entirely different.
