Suit in California
New lawsuit.
Employment lawsuit. The plaintiff, a [redacted] of the [redacted] California office, reprimanded several [people] for vulgar and profane conduct. He removed pornographic photographs and obscene cartoons from the [area], as well as two Barbie-like dolls which had been posed in a sexually suggestive position. As a result, his superior officer gave him a bad performance review, saying he was "too rigid, too textbook, and not people oriented." Eventually, he was fired for causing a lack of morale in the office. |

A friend of mine's mother just died and she had no will. She had a spouse and two kids. Anyone know how the intestate succession works for this?
I was also told that in California that gits certificates are not allowed to have expiration dates, and if they do they are void. Is that true? |
