And you don't think that crimes were committed? Under our ricockulous conspiracy, RICO, mail fraud, lying to feds, and tax laws, crimes are always committed if the Feds care to push the issue. You don't think execs at Countrywide violated laws or committed fraud? How about the admitted mass signing of false affidavits to support loan foreclosures?

Admit that Obama's DOJ has failed on this issue, like so many other failures by Holder and his ilk, except for assassinations, warrantless searches, and international hacking.

I have really been disappointed by Obama's DOJ on this. They seem to work hard to find other things to do (hello, John Edwards). You can imagine career-staff types leaving DOJ to find a different kind of work.

Romneys plan had basically all of those things, including a mandate. But there were no Romneys in congress.

I have a hard time viewing declining to bring hindsight prosecutions as failure.

What kind or prosecution is not hindsight? Or is Minority Report not still science fiction in your Adderld world?

Ones based on observations of an actual crime and not mere reasoning backward from bad things that happened in financial markets. And in particular things that don't require the kinds of "new theories" that article encouraged.

And how is one hindsight (to use your word) and not the other? Now you have shifted to the probity of evidence. Just admit you were full of shit again.

How about you admit that you knew exactly what I was saying and are just choosing to be a jackass?

Try again, since that s not what an admission of error or shitfuldom looks like.

Weeks, days or minutes from now Hank will post that you have never said anything critical about Obama. Again.

In a small way, the thought of this meme ending upon the commencement of a Romney Administration actually makes me look forward to Mitt winning in November, until I realize that it won't really end.
