Sidd and me in Iceland scoping out the ladies? I see a standoff between whether we go to a skyr place (sidd) or for some hangikjöt (my fav).

Speaking of fighting, a sword-wielding Mormon bishop saves the day.

Yes. Of course, I thought about that before making the comment.

If thurgreed had a bit more skills and had made the NBA they'd have to either reduce the scale of this, or move the letters up a few more inches.

That's pretty interesting. Anyone want to hypothesize why there's a semicircular dead area running through the free throw line? Just the faint echo of a thousand "Fuck it, I'll travel two steps closer to the bucket" decisions?

I'm guessing it's because it is more difficult to get up and over defenders at that angle.

there is a solid line down the dead center of the key, which I assume is from guys splitting the defense. The sides of the free throw line are tough shots.

and the mid-range shot has really died out in favor of the 3. but I think the main thing is defenses are so good that to get open from 10-15 feet you need to come off a pick, catch then shoot, and you cannot do that in the key. Just guessing.

That line down the exact center of the key is too thin and too straight to be valid. My guess is that however the data was entered (by sensor or by data entry by a human) there was a tendency to report a shot from that centerline (i.e. X-axis value of precisely zero) as opposed to slightly from the left or right. Only Imperial Stormtroopers are so precise.
