That's what I thought. I recall that it wasn't made of plastic and was tough as shit.

This post just got me thinking that there were some very excellent songs written for shows in the 70s and 80s. Off the top of my head, I can think of:

Diff'rent Strokes
Good Times
Facts of Life
One Day at a Time
The Fall Guy

I don't think there is a show out there that has an original song over the credits written for the show. Is there?

During cocktails and before dinner was served at a recent wedding, the music being played was all 80s TV theme songs. Everyone was singing along.

Carry on.

It's a nice watch. The consensus is that Heuer watches were awesome before TAG bought them and sort of mucked things up.

I'd have lost my mind if I had something like this as a kid. I actually won't let my son play with it unless I'm around because I don't want him to break it.

Uh huh.

Give us any chance, we'll take it.
Give us any rule, we'll break it.
We're gonna make our dreams come true.
Doin' it our way.
Nothin's gonna turn us back now,
Straight ahead and on the track now.
We're gonna make our dreams come true,
Doin' it our way.
