That cute little trademark lawsuit between the clothiers d.b.a. The North Face and the geeky college freshman d.b.a. The South Butt? Well, it's now a "monumental clusterfuck."

Oh, how I wish my job allowed me to give the press comments like that.

No press comments yet, but I have filed my first ever motion to disqualify opposing counsel for a both current and past conflict of interest - in WA no less (Hi Penske!)

Why limit yourself to only one of the tri-cities?

How about Walla Walla (where most of the wineries are)? I know a cute waitress at the Whitehouse-Crawford Restaurant who owes me late night drinks. I could kill three birds with one stone. So to speak.

I've have learned this. Our case involves damage to a cold-storage building, which was used to store wine. They have been paid $2.2 million, but want $16MM. Full employment for me.

Do you get to assess the value of the wine through comparables evaluation?

Not enough boxed wines to draw a valid sample.

Does this mean the financial discussions you mentioned a while ago did not lead to them cutting your compensation (and then you walking out)?
