Not Bob, the name of the band is "Fun.". That innocuous little punctuation mark appended to the band name makes me want to drive my fist through the lead singer's face. I might not feel so strongly about it if I did not despise their music. But I do despise their music. Or at least I despise that "We Are Young" song and the little number you linked us to, which is all I know of them. But I am going to disagree with Hank and say that if you like them you should listen to them. But maybe just in private, and certainly not around other adults.

I saw Fun.'s singer on Colbert. He thinks he's still going to be famous next year. Someone should introduce him to the members of Jet. Remember Jet? Of course you do. Everyone remembers Jet when they hear one of their three hits. Then you think, What happened to Jet? Nothing. Nothing happened to Jet.

The Thin White Duke look would play well in Delaware Chancery or before certain AAA panels, but for juries? I think we'd have to get the mid-career acting version of him fresh off the set of "Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence" and make him think he was playing Albert Finney playing Ed Masry.

Mentioning that band and queen in the same sentence is like mentioning Kate Upton's vag and a meat grinder in the same sentence. Yeah, you can put your dick in both.

Look at Verlander's last 4 starts. Upton's vagina is a meat grinder, at least once you don't get to put your dick in it anymore.

Wow. From Icky to Flower to Sebby to Hank to Flinty to Adder - across the spectrum of taste in music, the sentiment of disdain is unanimous. I think that is impressive.

Can I still mojitos in the backyard?

Sorry, listening to that song, the 30 seconds before I puked in my mouth, made me want to drive my car off the GW bridge.

I thought we divided things that I'd give personal advice to the hopeless who also post on PB and you'd handle the pure FB hopeless? Otherwise it was too confusing. NotBob posts on PB. If you want to expand your role, cool, but how about starting out with trying to make GGG likeable?

Keep in mind that we are all old and music was better back in our day(s).

Hank is going to handle your advice going forward. But go ahead and muddle your mint. You can make the work go more quickly if you listen to that Fun. song.

I will double down - I disagree with the Rangers firing of Tortorella. I understand why they did it, and I won't argue too much about it with Guitar Jimmy or Sather when they pop into the Dew Dropp Inn for their regular Friday "Bucket of Rocks" special, but I would have kept him.

Even my music questions? Ever since the Great Riot Grrl Definitional Fiasco of 2001, I feel like you have been there for me in a safe, mostly Not Condescending way. I trust Hank for many things, true, but for queries ranging from Husker Du to Daft Punk? No.*

*No offense, Hank.

If flower is willing to pick up the GGG matter I'm all for handing off your file too. It is up to him.

Certainly not in his "Tyrant Chic" phase.

Your taste in coaches is better than your taste in music, grant you that.

When you fire someone, you should have a better alternative in mind. Don't see that out there. Maybe Hank spoke up. I know others did. Torts sort of wore out the room.
