The winning streak may now resume (assuming it's ok with Coco and Jhonny and the rest of those choking bastards).
Thank you.

BTW, I think the Yankees are a good bet right now.

That being said, NCS has a good point. Understandably, I forgot the downside of the stone soup like never empty vodka soda.
I certainly didn't drink fast enough today. I didn't even finish my third before I was called in to the office on a bullshit errand.

No worries. that's just the hazing they do to first and second year associates. In a few years you'll be calling in some poor sap who is home filling out his LSAT app right now.

And The Scorpions sucked too.

Feck off, ye hun barsteward. Your economy is such utter shite a third-rate Maggie Thatcher impersonator from East Berlin is your last best hope. As for the Occupied Six, it's just a matter of time before all those big Catholic families call for a referendum . . .

So I'm on partner track? Are you looking for a mentee? The Detroit market is notoriously tough to crack and I think I'm going to need a rabbi to make sure I get a lick of that sweet brass ring.

*GROAN*

Chicago 4

Indians 3

One game left. One game behind the Red Sox in the Wild Card chase.

I will be rooting for the Yankees tomorrow. The motherfucking New York Yankees.

I think I am going to be sick.

Hello, I have a technical question

My friend, Mr. W. Shroeder, would like to have his physique judged. I have his picture but do not know how to upload t from my email. It is a wonderful picture, especially if you like pasty white asses on men who are flexing their muscles. NTTAWWT.

I thought this was a flame free sock? Also, isn't posting Sebby's name and picture dangerously outable?

I'm not sure how FBA had rights to start a new thread in this forum, but I've merged it into our current thread. I feel so official.

It's an admin behind the anon. Probably Slave, he is big on the beefcake shots. Why else go through all the trouble of shaving down?

I guess I don't pay attention enough to these things, but the FBA is the "actual" FBA, is it not?

ETA: Let me make it clear that I am aware that "Anonymous Fashionista" is a Penske (or Hank) sock. I'm not a complete idiot.

OK, I thought I understood this

This is wrong, right? The Yanks did not clinch, they just cemented the Red Sox not being able to clinch without a playoff. The Yanks, if they lose tomorrow (hahahaha) would then have not clinched and have to go to playoffs. Tell me Yahoo fucked up plase

No, it's right. The Yankees clinched, by virtue of a better season head-to-head record with the Red Sox. (That's the first divisional tie-breaker.) Even if the Red Sox win and tie the Yankees for the best record in the division, they don't win the division.

If the Red Sox lose then the Sox play the Indians in a one-game playoff to see who goes to the postseason (provided Cleveland wins tomorrow = str8 does not wager on them.) Since Cleveland's offense looks like dog-meat at the moment, they still have a pretty good chance of making the postseason even if they drop tomorrow's game.

But they would get the Wild Card with a win tomorrow, regardless of whether Cleveland wins tomorrow or not. And, if you paid attention to what happened last year, the Sox won the World Series as the Wild Card team.

So, are you asking this because you want to see the Red Sox in or the Yankees out? Or is there some other independent reason known only to one of the Paigows?

Fuck, my head hurts.

Hmm, I am still not with you. . Going into today, they had the same record. Now the Yanks are one up wth one to go, so the Yanks would need two to clinch Bc if they lost, they are back to being tied, no? The Red Sox needed three wins to clinch and the Yanks need two. If the Yanks lose tomorrow, Its Red Sox-Yanks on Monday, right? What am I missing? How can the Yanks and the Red Sox not have had the same record going into today?

ETA: ok, so this time I read the article and it appears that while I am right that if boston wins tomorrow, they will have the same record ast the yanks. But there is some twist (I watch too much reality tv) whereby the yanks get to clinch bc Cleveland lost and if cleveland won, they would not have? I dont get why the Cleveland stuation made the difference since they are in a different division.
