Criminal Law 101
Issue spotter!
There is a porn series called "Fake Cab," that has as its premise, a guy driving a cab with a camera tries to convince passengers to do the sex. Of course it is fake, but assume the following facts happened and the passenger was actually a unknowing passenger, as portrayed.
A cab picks a young women up in the area of Heathrow (actually unclear where, but outside London). She asks for a ride into London, although is unclear where she wants to go. The cabbie starts driving and it comes out that the passenger is a tourist from Canada, and only has Canadian currency. She has no idea that this will not be accepted by a London cab*.
Somewhere (as the cabbie says) in the middle of nowhere, the cab stops. The driver tells her she already owes him 30 pounds, and can either blow him, or start walking. The young lady considers and sees no option, although she claims to have never performed that particular act before.
The driver quickly escalates, undresses her and performs sex acts that are more traditional and acceptable to the baby Jesus in that they could result in reproduction (other than the placement of the finish). The young Canadian has most excellent titties FWIW.
Somewhere in the middle of the act, she realizes she is being filmed and expressly states that the driver must not post the video on the internet.
After completion he does drive her into the city and drops her off. As she walks away he says, "Ha, stupid, of course it's going on the internet." It should go without saying that he does post the video on the internet.
What crimes may have been committed? Use the model criminal laws of the United states if you are not conversant in the laws of the UK.
*As to her credibility as an actual person, Canadian funds and US funds are pretty much both accepted near our mutual border. Perhaps this is her first time outside North America.
