I am coming around to the conclusion that a couple days of rain actually helps wash out all that shit from the atmosphere. Perhaps, Angelenos, given this nifty side benefit, we can learn to cope with the crippling terror of water falling from the skies and learn to drive our fucking cars like we didn't just get our learner's permit yesterday.

Carry on.
Last post before I leave for the jury duty D-day. I took some great LA pics last weekend right after the rain. Here's one that I particularly like. It is a clear day indeed if I can see the snow on Mount Baldy from my neighborhood.

2. I wonder if a David Caruso album is in the works. Shatner's Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds is hysterical.

Perhaps you could call your new phone "Ganache".

Exactly. I didn't offer an opinion, since I really don't have one, other than to feel sympathy that you can't somehow retrieve your christmas tree pic. That sucks. And that comment about the chocolate phone? that was MONTHS ago.

With this attitude, how do you expect to skip out of work unencumbered?

This is a good point. With a name like pearl, that blackberry must have a vibrate function. That would really make me skip. We all really should try to consolidate devices. Reducing our carbon footprints and the bulges in our pockets.

I too love this video. In fact, as disappointed as I was by Ironweed's relentless abililty to be hopelessly out of date, my faith in humanity was somewhat restored when I learned that someone had taken the time to compile this video. Never has one man wrung so much emotion out of a pair of sunglasses as has David Caruso.

The only features I asked for in my phone were 1) the ability to receive incoming calls and 2) the ability to place outgoing calls. They had a nifty little number that did the trick. Cheap, too. Of course, I now carry around both a phone and a Blackberry. My carbon footprints are huge, from which you can accurately surmise that my carbon cock is too. Thus, a cell phone in my pocket is not going to appreciably affect the size of the bulge in my pocket. I'm just happy to see you.

I wouldn't buy that from Verizon. First, it will not let you adjust the speed. and it will tell you when you can use it.

And it will also ask you every five seconds "Are you coming now?"

Water belongs on the ground, not in the sky. Like locusts.

That said, how could it have taken you this long to realize the beautiful cleansing effects of rain? Maybe we could arrange to have the air washed once a week, late at night so it won't be inconvenient? Talk to your people.

8 pints beer
2 oz. Irish Whiskey
2 slices 99 cent pizza
8-16 oz. water

Drink 8 pints (more or less - who's counting?) over three to four hours Tuesday night. Drink 2 oz. whiskey because bartender puts it in front of you. Stagger outside, purchase and eat 2 slices of pizza from the place you never go to because it's full of crackheads and six month old grease stains.

Allow mixture to marinate for 4 to 5 hours as you sleep on the couch. Drink one or two glasses of water during marination, when the cottonmouth gets so painful that it wakes you up and sends you stumbling into the kitchen with a burning, hellish thirst.

Serves one moron.
All it takes these days to send you on a bender is a PB smackdown with a few extra exclaimation points?

Ironweak indeed.
