At work, I generally use either microsoft paint or the imaging program in the Windows accessories folder.

At home, I use the software that came with my digital camera to resize and annotate.

My advice is not to spend too much time on the avatar- if you do something spectacular, then some sim will just copy it and Ty and Rt and them won't stand up against the copyright infringement. w/o ip rights there is no real incentive to create. EO would have G's ass for that but whatever.

My advice to this sock-o-penske was not really serious. I feel it is a moral failing to not pay your taxes in accordance with a reasonable view of the law -- tortured readings are not reasonable.
