so does DOMA being out means a married gay couple can now file joint income? if so how can it possible be fair that some states allow marriage and others do not? maybe the next legal challenge?

Jesus saves, but Espo scores on the rebound (just not this year).

First they get to see Patty Kane skate the Cup around Bahstan Gahdan. Then they get to see their tight end get switched to wide receiver.

A great series, especially if -- like me -- you love great goaltending. The only Bruin I feel bad for is Rusk (I do feel semi-bad for Jagr, because I love geezers playing in the finals, but only "semi-bad" because unlike previous geezers in the finals a la Bourque or Andreychuk, he's won the Cup before).

And I still wish someone would have smacked Brad Marchand. The weasely smug look of his just annoys the crap out of me.

2. Oddly enough he is supposed to be one of the nicest guys on the planet off the ice.

That's what it means (including refund claims for any open tax years if applicable). H & R Block should be celebrating the DOMA decision. (Interestingly, gay couples where both are high earners might have been better off filing as separate single individuals rather than as either married filing jointly or married filing separately, but I doubt the IRS will suddenly start auditing same-sex spouses' returns for the last three years.) As for the fairness issue, Scalia seems to think it has yet to be decided; I think he's probably right about that (if nothing else).

Who would want it?

Thought experiment:

In 2012, the median age at first marriage in the U.S. was 28.6 for men and 26.6 for women — at or near all-time highs for both, and a consistent upward trend. Assume a negligible number of same-sex marriages in the 2012 statistics.

Let "L" be the median age of all first marriages of women marrying women going forward.

Let "G" be the median age of all first marriages of men marrying men going forward.

Give your predictions for L and G, both as a figure and as an expected trend (if any).

I'll give my answers if two or more people respond. For sake of reference, all-time low for women was 20.1 (1956) and for men was 22.5 (1956 and 1959).

I'm sorry, but can someone who has GWNC or Abba's cells call one of them and ask if they have any new fuck stories they can share?

Here's the thing. Good sex is an event full of ideas involving people. All three at once.
