What will Noel Francisco do?

Not Bob 09-24-2018 12:40 PM

I’m sure he’d kick an ass or two.

Ten years ago, I would have used Ty’s question to jump into a parody set to the tune of “What Would Brian Boitano Do?”

I needed a data point for the proposition that we shouldn't be concerned about false reports. Your point further underscores that broader point.

But you are correct her situation and the reports used to reach that % are apples and oranges. However, recall, the post that started this all was Less's, in which he cited the Duke Lacrosse debacle and Tawana Brawley. He mixed the apples and oranges. I commented on that fruit salad.

Fire Mueller. Recuse himself. Piss off the White House.

Fair.`

One doesn't hear a lot about the problem of false accusations for other sorts of crimes. E.g., I know I'm accused of bank fraud, but it's a false accusation.

So you feel wiki is less reliable then the unvetted blogs you quote?

Few other crimes often involve scenarios in which the boundary on which something becomes criminal is so thin. The consensual can lead into the non-consensual in a moment and the defense is often "mixed signals."

The accusations against Kavanaugh do not, however, fit that mold. What I've read there is entirely non-consensual.

No kidding, right?

Maybe we need to turn the power off to the country and reboot it.

I only quote vetted blogs, with accuracy of > 99.47%. Wikipedia is accurate to 98.31%. YMMV.

Dunno, that actually sounds a lot like financial fraud.

Apparently an effort to tune Kavanaugh news down at a point when Montgomery County investigators are apparently talking to a fourth victim of Kavanaugh. Whether sexual assault, attempted rape, rape or gang rape is alleged not yet clear.

I have to say, I want to be pretty careful about using "alleged" when there is a he said/she said and a few other people collaborated case, but when you hit he said, she said, she said, she said, she said, and a couple of them seem collaborated by others and people who know him well are saying they aren't really surprised, meh, I stop worrying about it so much. Still, his fourth alleged victim. Rumors out there of a couple more, including at least one of his early clerks.

Still, I bet Brett makes a ton on his tell-nothing book.

Follow Avenatti on Twitter. He's dropping some really salacious info.

I don't think so. I think someone other than McCabe was leaking stuff from McCabe's memos in an effort to take Rosenstein out. Someone at the White House then leaked that he was thinking of resigning as a way to undercut him and push him to the exit. Kelly may have thought he was going to resign. The White House wants him to resign rather than get fired, because it has implications for how he will be replaced.
